Introducing the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lebanon, a forthcoming addition to Lebanon, Indiana, set to open in late 2025. Conveniently located along State Road 32, adjacent to I-65, this 95-room hotel is designed to provide both business and leisure travelers with a comfortable and modern lodging experience.

An exciting addition to the property is the on-site Bar Louie, a gastropub known for its craft cocktails and diverse menu. This will be the third Bar Louie location in the Indianapolis area, providing guests and locals with a vibrant dining and socializing option just steps from their rooms.

THE LEBANON, IN GATEWAY
The Lebanon Gateway Project is a transformative commercial development at the southeast corner of Interstate 65 and State Road 32 in Lebanon, Indiana. Designed to revitalize one of the city’s primary entrances, the nearly 25-acre site blends hospitality, dining, and retail in a strategic location just 15 miles northwest of Indianapolis. A major milestone for the project was the groundbreaking of a new 95-room Fairfield Inn & Suites in late 2023, developed in partnership with the Ghoman Group. Adjacent to the hotel, a Bar Louie restaurant will offer vibrant dining options, creating an attractive destination for both locals and travelers.
Complementing the hotel and restaurant are several retail spaces that further enhance the area’s appeal. Lebanon Gateway Shops, completed in 2021, features tenants like Moe’s Southwest Grill and Athletico Physical Therapy, while a second phase includes a Dunkin’ Donuts and more retail offerings. A Casey’s General Store also anchors part of the development.
